The website/platform SNPGalaxy (hereinafter, the “Website”) is owned by SPORTS ASSISTANT S.L. (hereinafter, the “COMPANY”), with registered office at Calle Salmedina, 6, 41012 Seville, Spain, and Tax ID No. B90127127. The COMPANY is registered with the Mercantil of Sevilla Volume 5835, Page 186, Sheet SE-100573, First Registration.
The COMPANY welcomes you and invites you to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Use of this Website (hereinafter, the “General Terms and Conditions of Use”), which describe the terms and conditions applicable to your browsing, in accordance with current Spanish legislation. As the COMPANY may modify these Terms of Use in the future, we recommend that you review them periodically to remain properly informed of any changes.
In the interest of ensuring that use of the Website complies with criteria of transparency, clarity, and simplicity, the COMPANY informs Users that any suggestions, questions, or queries regarding the General Terms and Conditions of Use will be received and addressed by contacting the COMPANY via email at: info@snpgalaxy.com.
1. Purpose
The COMPANY provides the content and services available on the Website, subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Use and to the personal data processing policy (hereinafter, the “Data Protection Policy”). Access to or use of this Website in any manner confers the status of “User” and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of these General Terms and Conditions of Use, with the COMPANY reserving the right to modify them at any time. Consequently, it is the responsibility of every User to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Use in force each time they access the Website. If the User does not agree with any of the provisions herein, they must refrain from using the Website.
Likewise, Users are informed that specific conditions may occasionally be established for the use of certain content and/or services on the Website. Use of such content or services shall imply acceptance of the specific conditions applicable thereto.
2. Services
Through the Website, the COMPANY offers Users the possibility to access: information about the company, its contact details, its products and services, its rates, its commercial offers, its location; a contact section for submitting queries by providing personal data; and links to access social media (hereinafter, the “Services”).
3. Privacy and Data Processing
The COMPANY processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and Organic Law 3/2018. 4. Industrial and Intellectual Property
The User acknowledges and accepts that all content displayed on the Website, and in particular designs, texts, images, logos, icons, buttons, software, trade names, trademarks, or any other signs capable of industrial and/or commercial use, are subject to Intellectual Property rights, and that all trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs, all industrial and intellectual property rights over the content and/or any other elements included on the website, are the exclusive property of the COMPANY and/or third parties, who have the exclusive right to use them in the course of trade. Therefore, the User undertakes not to reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, or in any other way publicly communicate, transform or modify such content, holding the COMPANY harmless from any claim arising from the breach of these obligations. Under no circumstances shall access to the Website imply any waiver, transfer, licence, or assignment, whether total or partial, of such rights, unless expressly stated otherwise. These General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website do not grant Users any other right to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute, or publicly communicate the Website and/or its Content other than those expressly provided herein. Any other use or exploitation of any rights shall be subject to the prior and express authorization specifically granted for such purpose by the COMPANY or the third party holding the affected rights.

The User of this Website undertakes to respect the aforementioned rights and to avoid any action that could harm them, and the COMPANY reserves the right to exercise any legal means or actions available to it in defense of its legitimate intellectual and industrial property rights.
5. Obligations and Responsibilities of the Website User
The User undertakes to:
Make appropriate and lawful use of the Website, as well as of its content and services, in accordance with: (i) the applicable legislation in force at any given time; (ii) the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website; (iii) generally accepted morals and good customs; and (iv) public order.
Provide all technical means and requirements necessary to access the Website.
Provide truthful information when completing personal data forms on the Website and keep such data updated at all times so that it reflects the User’s real situation. The User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage caused to the COMPANY or third parties as a result of the information provided.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User must also refrain from:
a. b. Accessing or attempting to access restricted areas of the Website without meeting the required conditions.
c. Causing damage to the physical or logical systems of the Website, its providers, or third parties.

h. Obtain or attempt to obtain the content by using means or procedures other than those which, as applicable, have been made available for this purpose or expressly indicated on the web pages where the content is located, or, in general, those commonly used on the Internet that do not pose a risk of damage to or disabling of the Website and/or its content.
i. In particular, and by way of example only and not exhaustively, the User undertakes not to transmit, distribute, or make available to third parties any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software, or, in general, any kind of material that:
(i) In any way is contrary to, disparages, or infringes fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized by the Constitution, international treaties, and other applicable legislation.

(iv) Incorporates, makes available, or allows access to criminal, violent, offensive, harmful, degrading products, elements, messages, and/or services, or, in general, those contrary to the law, morality, generally accepted good customs, or public order.
(v) Induces or may induce an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear.
(vi) Induces or incites involvement in dangerous, risky, or harmful practices to health or psychological well-being.
(vii) Is protected by intellectual or industrial property legislation belonging to the COMPANY or third parties, without authorization for the intended use.
(viii) Is contrary to personal honor, personal and family privacy, or the personal image of individuals.
(ix) Constitutes any form of advertising.
(x) Includes any type of virus or program that prevents the normal functioning of the Website.
If, in order to access certain services and/or content of the Website, the User is provided with a password, the User undertakes to use it diligently and to keep it confidential at all times. Accordingly, the User shall be responsible for its proper safekeeping and confidentiality and undertakes not to transfer it to third parties, whether temporarily or permanently, nor to allow access to the aforementioned services and/or content by unauthorized persons. Likewise, the User undertakes to notify the COMPANY of any event that may involve improper use of the password, such as, by way of example, theft, loss, or unauthorized access, in order to allow for its immediate cancellation. 6. Liability
The COMPANY does not guarantee continuous access to, or the proper display, download, or usefulness of, the elements and information contained on the pages of the Website, which may be prevented, hindered, or interrupted by factors or circumstances beyond its control.
The COMPANY shall not be liable for any decisions that may be taken as a result of access to the content or information provided, as such decisions are made by the User in the free exercise of their own will.
The COMPANY may interrupt the service or immediately terminate the relationship with the User if it detects that the use of its Website or any of the services offered therein is contrary to these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
The COMPANY shall not be liable for any damages, losses, claims, or expenses arising from decisions made by the User in the free exercise of their own will during their visit to the Website, unless such damages, losses, claims, or expenses are directly attributable to the COMPANY due to failures of the Website, errors, or omissions.

Likewise, the COMPANY shall not be responsible for the content and information that may be received as a result of data collection forms, which are intended solely for the provision of inquiry and consultation services. You shall defend, indemnify, and hold the COMPANY harmless from any damages arising from claims, actions, or demands by third parties as a result of your access to or use of the Website. 11. Force Majeure
The COMPANY shall not be liable in any case for the inability to provide services if such inability is due to prolonged interruptions in electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts or omissions of the Government, and, in general, any cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Dispute Resolution, Applicable Law, and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the contracting parties agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s place of residence, provided that it is located within Spanish territory. Otherwise, if the User is not a consumer or is a consumer located outside Spanish territory, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts and tribunals of the city where the COMPANY is domiciled. The party that breaches the contract shall bear all judicial and extrajudicial costs arising from the claim, including attorney and legal representative fees.
In the event that any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Use is found to be unenforceable or void under applicable law or as a result of a judicial or administrative ruling, such unenforceability or nullity shall not render these General Terms and Conditions of Use unenforceable or void as a whole. In such cases, the COMPANY shall modify or replace the provision with another that is valid and enforceable and that, as far as possible, achieves the objective and intent reflected in the original provision.
